Terms of Service

By creating an account or using any portion of the YouReady platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher), have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and accept these Terms in full. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

YouReady is an independent fan companion platform for Summer 2026. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any national football association, event owner, or tournament organizing body. Match dates and venue information are factual public information.

Our platform includes:

• City and venue guides, local business discovery, and neighborhood recommendations
• A digital fan passport with collectible stamps and quest-based rewards
• A marketplace for fan experiences, local products, and services
• AI-powered features including Peache (voice assistant) and camera-based text translation
• Event listings, transportation information, and fan safety resources
• Leaderboards, itinerary planning, and social fan features

You must create an account to access most platform features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@youready.app.

We use Clerk for identity management. By creating an account, you also agree to Clerk's terms of service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

YouReady operates a marketplace connecting fans with local vendors, service providers, and experience operators ("Sellers"). All payment processing is handled by Stripe. QuikSession LLC acts as a marketplace facilitator and is not a party to the underlying transaction between buyers and Sellers.

• Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy and fulfillment of their listings
• All sales are final unless a Seller's stated refund policy provides otherwise
• We reserve the right to remove listings that violate these Terms
• Platform fees are deducted at the time of transaction and are non-refundable

In the event of a dispute between a buyer and Seller, we will attempt to facilitate resolution but are not obligated to provide refunds from platform funds.

YouReady includes Peache, an AI voice assistant powered by the Clara Platform (Quik Nation, Inc.). Peache may initiate voice interactions when you visit the platform and grant microphone permission. This is intentional behavior, not a malfunction.

By using Peache, you acknowledge that:

• Conversations may be processed by AI models including DeepSeek via AWS Bedrock
• Voice audio may be streamed to the Clara Voice Server for transcription
• AI responses are generated and may not always be accurate or current
• Peache is not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial)
• You can mute or disable Peache at any time in your account settings

The platform includes an optional camera translation feature that allows you to point your device camera at text in any language and receive a real-time translation. By using this feature, you agree that:

• Camera access is only requested when you actively invoke the translation feature
• Image frames are processed in-session for text detection and translation only
• We do not store captured images beyond the active translation session
• Translation accuracy may vary - do not rely solely on AI translations for safety-critical information
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to photograph any content you translate

The YouReady digital passport is a loyalty and engagement feature. Stamps are earned by completing quests, visiting participating businesses, and engaging with platform activities.

• Stamps and rewards are tied to your account and non-transferable
• Stamps have no monetary value unless explicitly stated in a specific promotion
• Stamps may be revoked if earned through fraudulent or automated activity
• Expiration terms for promotional rewards are disclosed at the time of the promotion

If you submit reviews, photos, listings, or other content ("User Content"), you grant QuikSession LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the platform.

You represent that you own or have the right to submit any User Content and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove User Content that violates these Terms or our community standards without notice.

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings or reviews
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Harass, abuse, impersonate, or harm other users
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the platform
• Attempt to circumvent platform fees or payment systems
• Upload viruses, malware, or code designed to disrupt the platform
• Use AI features to generate harmful, illegal, or misleading content
• Falsely claim affiliation with any event owner, tournament organizer, or government body

The YouReady platform - including its design, code, logos (including the YouReady gold seal marks for all host cities), copy, and features - is owned by QuikSession LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The "YOUREADY · AMERICA 2026" mark and city seal designs are proprietary assets of QuikSession LLC.

Nothing in these Terms grants you a license to use our brand marks, trade names, or proprietary content outside of normal platform use.

The platform may link to third-party websites, apps, or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party services. Links do not constitute endorsement.

Our use of third-party services (Clerk, Stripe, Modal Labs, AWS, Cloudflare) is governed by those providers' respective terms and privacy policies.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

AI-generated content (translations, recommendations, voice responses) is provided for informational purposes only and may contain errors. Do not rely solely on AI features for safety-critical decisions.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, QUIKSESSION LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES - INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL - ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) $100 USD OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless QuikSession LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the platform, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Fulton County, Georgia for any dispute arising under these Terms.

Before filing any legal action, you agree to first contact us at legal@quiksession.com and allow 30 days to resolve the issue informally.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and notify active users via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Sections 8, 10, 12, 13, 14, and 15 survive termination.
